How It Works
The Junior Training System is a strength training and injury prevention device, that is skill specific for the sport of volleyball. It is designed to allow volleyball players to perform in match volleyball skills such as hitting, setting, passing, serving, and blocking, all with your hands on your own personal volleyball with added resistance tension.
You can get do your workouts at home, the gym, hotel, or virtually anywhere with three anchoring methods - clip, post, and door anchors. Never leave home with out our included carrying bag, so you can easily setup and store the Junior Training System.
With various tension options, the Junior Training System can quickly be scaled up and down for strength differences amongst players.
